Shoe sole is one of the most important elements of shoes, which often determines whether the shoes are attractive to the customer or not. Creating a new article is a hard and long effort. Based on current trends supported by participation in various fashion fairs, meetings with fashion precursors, a designer makes drawings which are then subject to computer processing – a basis for the creation of model and mould. New product must be aesthetic, meet the basic technical and utility parameters.
MSU S.A. is a technologically advanced manufacturer of shoe soles made of polyurethanes (PU), thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) and thermoplastic rubbers (TR).
 

Types of manufactured shoe soles:

• PU soles in summer, full-year, and wood-like systems
• PU soles with TPU and solid PU non-skid elements
• PU soles / double-thick PU soles, the lower layer of solid material, the upper layer foamed
• Soles made of PU mixed with natural cork
• PU soles with wooden or plastic inserts
• PU soles intended for work footwear, with ESD antistatic additives, antibacterial additives, oil and slip resistant
• TPU soles of solid and foamed material
• TR soles of thermoplastic rubber, one- and two-coloured with the possibility of adding inserts in a third colour
• TR soles with inserted rims, inserts on the heel surface
