The Company has been active on the market since 1987. Initially, the production was carried out in the plant in Broków. However, due to the dynamic development and the need to increase production capacity, in 2001, the Company moved the headquarters to Grudziądz.
In early February 2007, MSU Sp. z o.o. was transformed into MSU S.A.
